Strategic & Stakeholder Alignment

• Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements

• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to capture functional and non-functional requirements

• Bridge communication gaps between technical teams and business leaders

Requirements Gathering & Documentation

• Create BRDs, FRDs, and user stories using Agile and Waterfall methodologies

• Prioritize features using MoSCoW and Kano models

• Maintain traceability matrices to ensure business needs are met through delivery

Process Improvement & Change Management

• Analyze and optimize existing business processes (Lean Six Sigma familiarity)

• Lead change management initiatives using Prosci’s ADKAR model

• Identify automation opportunities using AI and low-code tools

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Use Excel, Power BI, and Tableau to derive insights and support decision-making

• Perform root cause analysis, gap analysis, and SWOT assessments

• Evaluate KPIs and metrics to track project success and business impact

Agile & Scrum Facilitation

• Act as Scrum Master or BA in cross-functional teams

• Define product backlog and acceptance criteria in collaboration with product owners

• Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups

Technology & Systems Integration

• Translate API and integration requirements across systems

• Experience with CMS (WordPress), ERP, and HRIS platforms

• Work with developers to align system features with business goals

AI and Emerging Tech Initiatives

• Identify use cases for AI-driven automation and insights

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design AI governance frameworks

• Experience with OpenAI, LangChain, FlowiseAI, and n8n integrations

Project Management & Portfolio Insight

• Oversee end-to-end delivery for complex IT and business initiatives

• Support P&L ownership and resource planning across portfolios

• Deliver executive-level reporting and risk mitigation plans

Compliance & Governance

• Familiar with NIST, FedRAMP, and government IT compliance standards

• Ensure alignment of solutions with regulatory requirements and ethical standards
