Test Planning & Execution

  • Design test strategies for manual and automated testing in Agile and Waterfall environments

  • Create and execute test cases, test scripts, and acceptance criteria aligned with business goals

  • Lead end-to-end QA cycles across web, mobile, and enterprise platforms

Automation & Tools Expertise

  • Use tools like Selenium, Postman, and TestRail for automation, API testing, and traceability

  • Support CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated testing into development workflows

  • Leverage Jira and Trello to track bugs, manage sprints, and maintain quality metrics

AI & API Testing

  • Test integrations of generative AI systems and LLM-based platforms

  • Validate API endpoints and data exchange with tools like Postman and Swagger

  • Ensure AI behavior aligns with business rules, privacy, and ethical standards

Quality Governance & Compliance

  • Align QA practices with NIST, FedRAMP, and internal security policies

  • Ensure documentation and testing meet audit, traceability, and release readiness standards

  • Participate in continuous process improvement and defect prevention initiatives

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Facilitate test-driven development and shift-left practices across engineering teams

  • Act as the quality voice in sprint ceremonies, product reviews, and release planning

  • Bridge communication gaps between business users and developers

Mobile & UX Validation

  • Conduct usability and compatibility testing across iOS and Android platforms

  • Support mobile app testing from prototype to launch (e.g., Golden Gekko experience)

  • Validate front-end consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness

Coaching & Process Improvement

  • Mentor junior QA staff on best practices, documentation, and tool usage

  • Define KPIs for test effectiveness, defect leakage, and user satisfaction

  • Improve regression and exploratory testing cycles with team feedback loops
