  • Lead change initiatives using Prosci’s ADKAR model and structured communication plans

  • Manage transitions in roles, processes, and technologies with empathy and transparency

  • Keep teams aligned and resilient through periods of reorganization or rapid scaling

Staff Satisfaction & Retention

  • Analyze engagement and satisfaction data to identify areas for improvement

  • Implement strategies that enhance psychological safety, belonging, and recognition

  • Advocate for work-life balance and employee well-being

Conflict Resolution & Coaching

  • Resolve interpersonal and team challenges with fairness and discretion

  • Facilitate 1:1 coaching conversations to realign expectations and strengthen relationships

  • Promote a feedback culture rooted in growth, not blame

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)

  • Champion inclusive leadership and representation in project teams and programs

  • Use dashboards to monitor DEI trends in hiring, retention, and advancement

  • Integrate DEI into both strategic planning and daily decision-making
