Our platform includes automatic PII redaction by default, as well as privacy controls to help users manage data flow across different providers.

This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, store, and disclose personal data when you use our website, platform, and API-based services (“Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you consent to the practices described herein.

    • Token usage, API endpoints used
    • Model/provider routed to
  • Prompt and completion content is not stored unless explicitly opted in by the user.

We use the collected data to:

4. PII Redaction & Provider Routing Controls

  • All requests are subject to automated PII redaction before being routed to external providers.

  • If no provider meets your specified criteria, your request may fail by design to protect your privacy settings.

5. Logging & Opt-In Content Use

  • We do not log prompt or completion content by default.
  • If you explicitly opt in to content logging (e.g., for debugging, monitoring, or optimization), your inputs/outputs may be stored and linked to your account.
  • Logged data may be used internally to improve the Service. You may revoke logging consent at any time.

6. Third-Party Providers & Terms of Service

  • Our Service connects to third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, Mistral).
  • By using our Service, you are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with each provider’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy before routing data to them.
  • We do not control or guarantee the privacy or data handling practices of these providers.

7. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell personal data. We may share information with:

  • AI model providers to fulfill requests (only after PII redaction)
  • Trusted subprocessors (e.g., cloud hosting, billing providers, analytics tools), under strict confidentiality agreements
  • Legal or governmental authorities, when required to comply with applicable law or enforce legal rights

8. Data Retention

  • Metadata (e.g., token usage, timestamps) is retained for billing and operational auditing.
  • Inputs and outputs are retained only if you opt in to content logging.
  • Personal data is deleted or anonymized when no longer necessary unless legally required for record-keeping.

9. Security

We implement industry-standard security practices to protect your data, including:

  • End-to-end encryption in transit
  • Firewalls and access control mechanisms
  • Role-based access for internal systems

However, no online system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute data security.
