A Maryland-based contractor was preparing a complex RFI response for a state opportunity. The challenge was to showcase advanced AI capabilities in a clear, credible way while demonstrating compliance, technical depth, and innovation. The contractor needed support not only in writing but also in framing the architecture, selecting the right delivery approach, and creating engaging multimedia assets to strengthen their proposal.
Our Role
NextAutomatica partnered with the contractor to provide both strategic guidance and hands-on technical execution. We:
- Designed AI Architecture – Delivered a state-of-the-art architecture that aligned with government standards while showcasing future scalability.
- Built Orchestration Flows – Created low/no-code AI orchestration workflows to demonstrate how the contractor could leverage MCPs, A2A, and multiple Generative AI models without vendor lock-in.
- Enabled Multimedia Delivery – Produced and recorded a supporting video walkthrough, with voice over, user experience and technical demo and managed the upload to YouTube for use in the submission package.
