About the Role
As a Growth Engineer, you’ll sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and marketing. Your mission? Drive growth with code.
You’ll experiment, build, analyze, and ship features that accelerate user acquisition, onboarding, retention, and referrals. This is a full-stack, impact-heavy role where your work directly shapes how fast and far we scale. You’ll also get to dive deep into the guts of our API and AI infrastructure, contributing meaningfully to both product and platform.
What You’ll Do
Engineer Growth Loops: Build viral features, referral systems, integrations, and more that turn users into champions and growth into a flywheel.
Optimize the Funnel: Improve onboarding, activation, and conversion through data-driven experiments and product improvements.
Build Tools & Infrastructure: Develop internal tools, analytics dashboards, and automation systems to supercharge growth ops.
Experiment Relentlessly: Run A/B tests, collect data, iterate quickly — and double down on what works.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with product, design, and engineering to identify high-impact growth initiatives and execute them fast.
Drive Developer Delight: Use our own API to build compelling demos, plugins, and content that showcase real-world value.
Ensure Clean Data: Implement end-to-end tracking (we use PostHog) and measure what matters across the entire user journey.
